Raising the Bar for CTI
Center for Cyber Intelligence™
An effort to professionalize cyber intelligence — giving the discipline the formal tradecraft, standards, and analytic rigor that national-security intelligence has had for decades.
Why CCI Exists
Cyber intelligence, as a discipline, lacks the formal tradecraft and standards that traditional intelligence has had for decades. Too much of what passes for "cyber intelligence" is vendor-driven noise dressed up as analysis. CCI™ is Chris Cooley's effort to change that.
"Cyber intelligence deserves the same rigor as national security intelligence. The same structured thinking, the same analytical standards, the same accountability. That's what this project is about."
